Letter summary:
The letter was written by Norman Lindsay to Hudson Fysh after he read the book Taming the North written by Hudson Fysh.

The letter is particularly controversial due to the derogatory comments and references Norman Lindsay makes towards the Aboriginals cited within the book.

The letter is one basically of thanks to Hudson Fysh for writing the book and for his depiction of the Aboriginals in the clash between themselves and Alexander Kennedy.

The most obvious thing within the letter is Norman Lindsay's personal view of Aborigines in an emerging Australia.
